Once you have all of your ingredients sliced, diced and chopped you are ready to begin topping off the pizza. We'll begin with the base of the pizza. Using the sauce provided, spread around the whole pizza, sprinkle fresh parsley over top and then set up your Mozzarella cheese.
Please note that when using any fresh hers it is best to actually place them at the bottom of the cheese and toppings so that they don't dry and burn during the baking process.
Now that the base is set it's just a matter of layering on the toppings. Add the onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, pepperoncini, olives and artichokes. these are the
This layer consists of wet ingredients. Items that will loose the most amount of water during the cooking process.
Next we will add the drier items such as the mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and a sprinkling of feta cheese. These items will accept the cheese that much better since they won't have as much water coming out of them.
Now it's time to add all the flavor with our seasonings. this part is really all up to you and how much you like of each seasoning. Maybe you might even want to add something I haven't listed as a part of the ingredients.
Top off with a bit of extra Mozzarella cheese and placed it in the preheated oven at 375º. Bake your pie for 13 minutes or until the crust is a golden brown. Allow to sit for 8 minutes before cutting and serving. This will allow the cheese to harden a bit and your toppings will not slide off as easily.
